In Samara region, Khanty-Mansy autonomous district, Chuvashia Republic, Kaliningrad and Chelyabinsk regions is finished creation of regional system of integrated state information resources (OGIR) ZAGS–PVS–ZKH.
According to “Rosbalt” reporter, this was announced at the press conference by First Deputy RF Minister of Trade and Economic Development Andrey Sharonov. He said, the main purpose for creating this system was ensuring efficient automated information exchange in the domain of , population registration and improvement of public information services. Besides, noted Deputy Minister, the system introduction would make the information and analytical basis for dwelling and public utilities reform. This system, in Sharonov’s opinion, would provide substantial time economy for citizens applying to state and municipal bodies.
Deputy Minister announced that OGIR is a project realized within the framework of ”Electronic Russia” federal targeted programme (2002-2010). This programme was developed by the RF Ministry of Trade and Economic Development and the RF Ministry of Communications and Informatisation together with the RF Ministry of Finance, RF Ministry of Industry, Science and High Technology and other federal departments in conformity with the Regulation by the RF government of 12 February 2001.
