In 2003 funding of events realised within the framework of “Electronic Russia” (2002-2010) federal target-oriented program (FTOP) by the RF Ministry of Trade and Economic Development (RF MTED) amounted to 367.9 m roubles, declared the head of department for corporate management and new economy with the RF MTED Tseren Tserenov.
According to him, in 2004 the funding of “Electronic Russia” FTOP from the federal budget will amount to 1.8 billion roubles, with the share of the RF Ministry of Trade and Economic Development in this expenditure on the “Electronic Russia” FTOP accounting for about 30 %.. According to him, this amount exceeds the 2002 index by 3.1 times. Ts. Tserenov also noted that the maximum amount of funds (35 %) for MTED projects was focused on creating integrated state information resources (OGIR), 21 % – on creating electronic administrative regulations, 15 % – on creating authoritative body portals, and 10 % – on creating electronic systems of state procurement, on methodology – 8 %, analysis and monitoring – 6 %, and on other directions– 5 %.
