May 20-21 in Tokyo (Japan) as part of a series of Russian – Japanese conferences on strategy of IT development there will be held a conference “Strategies of IT Development and Consolidation of Mutually Beneficial Relations between the RF and Japan in this Field”, with the participation of the RF Ministry of Communications.

According to the RF Ministry of Communications, with regard to the events planned for the 25 February, acting head of the Ministry Leonid Reiman signed an order to create a work team or 11 people headed by Deputy Minister Dmitry Milovantsev, to prepare the plan of the conference events and to invite leaders and specialists of communication organisations to take part in the conference. Organisational matters with regard to preparing and conducting the conference, including the visit of the Japanese delegation to Moscow, is imposed on FGUP Integral Moscow Scientific and Research Institute.
